[edit]The source cited for the section re: drug cartels (Figueira, Daurius. Cocaine and Heroin Trafficking in the Caribbean: The Case of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Guyana. iUniverse Inc. p. 232.) is a single self-published title that cites no sources itself. The author has defended it as "pioneer research," but with no mention of the origin of his conjecture. This is not an academic work, and not a reliable source, and as such, the section should be rewritten. Also note that this book does not have a page 232.
